Winter adventure holidays 7 days
|
7 days of different
winter adventures.
A 7-day introduction to the wide variety of
winter sports possible in Chamonix, a wonderful part of the French Alps.
|
Cross-country skiing |
The normal weather in March is blue skies, cold at night (down to -10°C),
but warm in full sunshine. We could even be skiing and skating in t-shirts.
Bring clothing as listed for winter. Rental of all specialised equipment
is included in the price.
|
Dog sledding |
Paragliding |
Aimed at people who have yet to try a winter
sport this is an ideal introduction to the wide range of winter options.
Even our "rest day" on day 4 is action-packed. The view from the
Aiguille du Midi in Chamonix is one of the world's top attractions.
|
Skiing fun |
Our 3-star Chamonix hotel base is in the quieter
village of Argentiere and has sauna, a gym and a pool so you can relax in
luxury.
It's a popular base for winter sports in Chamonix:
The Hotel
Grands Montets. |
